Pay for your DIY project consultation here for those who wish to pay hourly.
Price includes:
- 1 hour of online DIY project consultation with restoration and artisan Jenna Milesi (as featured on RNZ, TV3, Consumer Magazine, and Stuff).
The online session will be personalised to suit your needs! Following your booking, you will receive an email to schedule your consultation. Additionally, a questionnaire will be sent to gather details about your project to determine its eligibility for the online consultation.
Ensure you have your questions ready for your consultation and have paper and a pen ready to take notes. Recording of the consultation is strictly prohibited.
Your project must be made with the following materials:
- Leather (excludes suede)
- Canvas
- PU
- Cotton
- Other natural fibre(s)
Does your project qualify?
For projects that may not meet the qualification criteria, kindly submit a query through the contact form. Please include "DIY" in the description field, along with details of your objectives, a photo of the item, and any necessary supplies. Kindly note that certain advice may be restricted if it pertains to Restituo's intellectual property and specific processes.
Project Eligibility Cancellation Policy:/ Reschedule/Refund Policy:
- Refund only permitted if a booking time has not been scheduled (this includes any initial consultation or a reschedule) and must be requested with more than 24 hours notice prior to the commencement of any consultation taking place online in NZ timezone.
- Once a booking time has been scheduled for the consultation, the fee is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling of the booking time is permitted only once, provided that it is requested with a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in the forfeiture of the consultation time.
- If your project is not suitable for the online consultation we will let you know and refund your purchase as soon as possible and will not send you a booking link for the consultation.
